Davco Davelastic is a tile adhesive additive and Ardex E25 is a synthetic resin dispersion, while Ardex Grout Booster and Davco 4 in 1 Grout Additive are mixed into grout. Lanko 751 Lankolatex is an SBR latex additive, and Lanko 302 is a cement accelerator for faster setting. Davco Tile and Grout Cleaner handles clean up.
