So you can count on your products being delivered with the added confidence of having an experienced building Professional at hand. We only utilise Third Party services for the delivery of overweight and oversize products.

We can arrange standard deliveries to Melbourne Metropolitan areas as well as deliveries to Geelong and Victorian Country areas at competitive rates, also with same day delivery options.

We currently use our own drivers to deliver your order. This is to ensure your order arrives

Delivery charges

Flat $19.95 fee for orders below $2499 (without shipping fee) **Conditions apply to free shipping: Delivery cost for all oversized items to some locations may require custom quotation. In such a case we will contact you when we receive your order to advise about actual delivery cost.

Delivery time
Delivery times usually take between 1 to 2 working days for Melbourne deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas.These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only.

Delivery confirmation
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been delivered. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within 3 days.

There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
