Refunds and Returns Policy
Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.
Non-Defective Products
For non-defective products, we offer a credit note exchange within 7 days of purchase. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Credit notes are valid for 3 years and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
Online Orders — Out of Stock Items
If a product purchased online is not in stock, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for an alternative product.
How to Initiate a Return
To arrange a return, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number or receipt
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Refunds for defective products will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by Multifors. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
