Stair nosing profiles that protect the front edge of each step from wear. Choose short or long riser profiles for carpet tiles, vinyl flooring or retrofitting over existing stairs, plus rebated nosing plates and aluminium tread plate inserts.
On any staircase, the leading edge of every tread takes the most wear, and it is where carpet, vinyl and carpet tiles tend to fray, lift or chip first. A nosing profile fitted across that edge finishes the floor covering neatly and shields it from daily foot traffic.
Each profile is matched to a floor covering, whether vinyl, carpet tiles or a retro fit over existing stairs, and is made with either a short riser or a long one. The Rebated Nosing Plate 54mm and a 50mm tread plate insert in aluminium add further options. Every profile in this category is from DTA.
