Movement joints, heavy bonding jobs and timber floors glued directly to a slab each need a different kind of adhesive or sealant. Polyurethane products are a common trade choice for all three, used as joint sealants, construction adhesives and wood flooring glues.
Every product here is from Sika. For sealing joints, look at Sikaflex Fillet Polyurethane Joint Sealant, Sikaflex Pro and Sikaflex 11FC+, which works as both a sealant and an adhesive. Sikaflex 116 High Grab and SikaBond TechGrip are construction adhesives for bonding, while SikaBond T-55J is made for laying wood floors. SikaSeal 190N, a silicone sealant, is also listed in this category.
