Subway tiles are narrow rectangles most often laid on kitchen splashbacks, shower walls and laundries, in brick bond, stacked or herringbone patterns. The shape suits both period homes and contemporary spaces, and here it comes in natural stone, extra slim porcelain and glazed finishes.
Gloss is the most common finish, from the Opal, Vienna, Hackney and Cloudy ranges to the Dune Agadir and Granadella colours. Pequeno tiles have a satin finish, while Star and Colonial Wood are matt. Elementa natural stone subway tiles come in travertine, calacatta, verde alpi and other stones, and Nolita and Verticale are extra slim porcelain. Striatura has a finger profile, Mussa comes in six colours, and several Agadir colours are also offered as square tiles.
