Description
Chemforce Enhance Plus Colour Enhancing Sealer is a premium, colour-enhancing impregnating sealer for natural stone and polished concrete, genuinely deepening the surface’s colour while providing water and oil repellence. Its semi-permanent, UV stable technology is what keeps that enhanced colour looking good over time rather than fading quickly under sun exposure, and treated surfaces stay easier to clean while looking new for longer.
Being highly breathable, it allows water vapour to escape freely and limits the harmful moisture build-up that a film-forming product can trap inside the treated material. It repels water and oil for genuine stain protection, though it won’t stop solvent-based materials like marking pen ink from staining — those will still penetrate, just less than on an unsealed surface, and remain easier to remove.
Application is a two-coat process, with 15 minutes penetration time per coat and residue polished off before it dries, then a second coat applied after 30 minutes. Very porous materials may need an extra light coat applied at least 24 hours after the second, achieving an even enhancement across the whole surface. A 5-year performance warranty is available when applied by an Approved Applicator, and it’s manufactured in Australia by Chemforce.

Where to Use

How to Apply
- Test first — apply to a sample piece and allow at least 3 days to assess results.
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry — free of any residues before applying.
- Apply the first coat — with a low pressure hand sprayer, brush or microfibre applicator; leave to penetrate 15 minutes.
- Remove residue and repeat — polish off thoroughly, then let dry 30 minutes before the second coat.
- Apply a third coat if needed — for very porous materials, at least 24 hours after the second.
Important Notes
- Will not prevent surface etching, scuff marks or mechanical wear.
- Do not mix Enhance Plus New Formula with the original Enhance Plus.
- Best used within 3 years of manufacture, stored tightly sealed at 2-30°C.
