A European Oak timber board, 15mm thick, with a light brush matte finish and Tongue & Groove installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Le Parquet range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 1509 Avignon’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 4mm wear layer, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P3 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on a Multi-Ply Engineered Core core with UV Cured surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 1.805 m² across 5 planks | 30% nested lengths, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Confirm Suitability — Check with heating system supplier for suitability of floor coverings; the product warranty does not cover improper installations.
- Adhesive Requirements — For direct stick installations, follow adhesive supplier guidelines.
- Non-Acceptable Systems: Heating systems between floating floor and subfloor are not suitable.
- Sunstar’s Engineered Timber products are suitable for direct stick or floating floor installation.

Care & Maintenance
The most dangerous time for a floor is move in day. Keep the floor clean as you move in.
Take care when moving particularly when using trolleys, only ever use a trolley with inflatable tyres and use floor protection to avoid direct contact with the floor.
Never drag heavy furnishings or appliances, take extra care when moving the fridge and other appliances in, the edges are sharp and even the wheels can cause damage if they’re not clean or in good condition.
