Price match guarantee

Seen the same product cheaper at another Australian retailer? Send us the details before you order and we will match the product price.

How it works

1. Find the product on our site and select Contact us in the price match box. The product is added to your enquiry for you.
2. Tell us where you saw the lower price, and attach the quote or a link to the advertised price. If the other retailer’s advertised price includes delivery, please ask them for the product price without delivery, or send a quote that shows the delivery charge separately.
3. We check it and come back to you, usually the same business day.
4. If it qualifies, we match the price on your order. Delivery is still charged at our standard rate.

What qualifies

• The same product. Same brand, range, colour, size and finish, and the same product code where one is shown.
• The same quantity. We compare like for like on the area or number of boxes you are ordering.
• An Australian retailer. The other price must be from a business selling in Australia.
• The product price, not delivery. We compare the product price including GST. Delivery, freight and installation are not part of the comparison on either side. Delivery is charged separately at our standard rates.
• In stock and available now. The other retailer must be able to supply it now, not on back order.
• In writing and current. A written quote dated within the last 7 days, or a link to a price that is currently advertised.
• Before you order. Price match applies to new orders, so please ask before you buy.

What does not qualify

• Clearance, liquidation and end-of-line prices.
• Trade, contractor, member and account pricing.
• Bundle or package deals, and offers that include free gifts.
• Second-hand products and factory seconds.
