Built for a trade schedule rather than a DIY one, Ultraplan Trade Self Leveller pours 3-40mm thick in a single pass without shrinkage or cracking, and clears the floor for the next trade within 24-72 hours.

Description

Ultraplan Trade Self Leveller is a fast-drying interior levelling and smoothing compound formulated specifically for trade professionals, spreading from 3mm up to a genuinely thick 40mm in a single pour without shrinkage, cracking or crazing. That thickness range gives it real flexibility on uneven substrates — a shallow skim coat and a substantial 30-40mm build-up can both be handled by the same product rather than needing two different levelling compounds on the same job.

Once cured, it develops high compressive and flexural strength along with resistance to indentation and abrasion, which is why it’s specified for areas subject to wheeled-chair traffic as well as general high-traffic commercial floors. For pours beyond 40mm, adding up to 50% graded 2-5mm aggregate extends the compound further without compromising the finished slab.

Packaging 20kg bags, 64 bags per pallet

Where to Use

  • Interior levelling and smoothing on new or existing substrates
  • Commercial floors requiring high resistance to loads and traffic
  • Areas subject to wheeled-chair traffic
  • Substrates needing a thicker pour build-up, with aggregate extension beyond 40mm

How to Apply

  1. Prepare the substrate — ensure it is sound, clean and free of contaminants.
  2. Mix — combine the powder with water to a pourable, self-levelling consistency.
  3. Pour and spread — pour to the required thickness between 3mm and 40mm, adding graded aggregate for thicker pours.
  4. Allow to cure — leave for approximately 24-72 hours before beginning flooring installation.

Important Notes

  • For thicknesses greater than 40mm, add up to 50% graded 2-5mm aggregate to avoid shrinkage issues.
  • Cure time before flooring installation varies with pour thickness and ambient conditions — allow the full recommended window.
  • For professional/trade use.

The 3-40mm working range is what makes Ultraplan Trade a genuinely single-product solution for uneven substrates: a shallow skim over a mostly-flat slab and a substantial build-up over a dished or damaged area both fall inside its rated pour thickness, rather than needing a shallower levelling compound and a separate patching product for the deeper sections. That range, combined with the aggregate-extension option for pours beyond 40mm, is why it’s positioned specifically for trade professionals working to a schedule rather than a one-off small repair.
