How to Apply
- Get the base right: firm, level, clean and dry, moisture under 2%, variation above 2mm levelled.
- Choose C2 adhesive: Dune’s porcelain grade; trial two pieces.
- Apply and set: a thin coat of around 3mm notched with a no. 3 trowel, tiles placed while soft, no dot and dab.
- Control lippage: 2mm minimum joints (3mm on unstable substrates), self-levelling spacers, offsets within 25%.
- Finish the grout: clean, dry joints, surplus wiped off with a wet sponge, epoxy grout in water areas.
Colour and Finish
The matt surface gives the turquoise a flatter, more stone-like read than the gloss. Mix tiles from several boxes. Tahiti Turquoise Gloss suits the walls in the same colour.
