Where one floor covering meets another, or a new floor sits higher than the room next door, the join needs a profile to cover the gap and ease the change in height. Transition ramps, cover strips and edge trims finish these joins neatly across doorways and openings.
Ramps suit vinyl and hybrid flooring, with retro fit, MDF and Ramp-It PVC options plus aluminium transition edges. For small height differences, diminishing transition strips are made in 2mm, 3mm and 5mm. Cover strips are offered in commercial, hammered, senior and rippled profiles, with a 50mm heavy duty aluminium version as well. Seamless cover trims add tapered, curved and flat styles. For carpet, napdown bars are pinned or pinless, and Multi Base profiles are available pinned, pinless or as an extension. Most profiles are from DTA.
