A European Oak timber board, 14mm thick, with a light brush matte finish and Tongue & Groove installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Vogue range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, V009 Piano’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 3mm wear layer, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P3 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on a Multi-Ply Engineered Core core with UV Cured surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.904 m² across 6 planks | 30% nested lengths, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Clean Surface — Ensure the subfloor is free of debris and structurally sound.
- Leveling — Limit rises and falls to a maximum of 3mm over a 1000mm radius. Smooth imperfections to ensure a maximum 1mm deviation over 250mm area.
- Ventilation & Humidity — Timber subfloors should be well ventilated and meet building regulations for humidity. Concrete subfloors should not exceed 4.8% moisture.
- Floating Floor — Use a 2-3mm foam underlay with a taped moisture barrier, or a 3-10mm rubber underlay as needed.

Care & Maintenance
As required (weekly) the floors are suitable for mopping to ensure they remain clean and fresh, but again remember timber loves to absorb water, moisture can lead to major damage. Always keep the floor dry, use a spray mop to limit the moisture on the floor. The moisture is only to soften and loosen the dirt, let the mop do the work.
When using a mop and bucket, ensure it’s well rung out and the floor is drying immediately after, and moisture isn’t been left on the floor. Avoid spills as you go and dry immediately if you do.
Never use a steam mop, or caustic cleaning agents.
