An LVP board, 2mm thick, with a matte finish and Direct Stick installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Oatlands range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, OAT9659 Turnbury’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.3mm wear layer, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on a PVC Core core with PUR Coating surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 3.671 m² across 16 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Clean Surface — Ensure the subfloor is free of debris and structurally sound.
- Leveling — Subfloor is to be levelled and meet tolerances In accordance with AS1884
- Ventilation & Humidity — Timber Subfloors should be maximum 10- 14% moisture
- Concrete Subfloors should be maximum 80% RH NOTE: For testing methods, please see AS:1884

Care & Maintenance
Fine minor white surface scratches: Tibet Almond Stick a very simple method to hide minor scratches. This product is available online for purchase.
Minor indents or scratches causing indentation of the surface: Timbermate wax sticks are available from hardware stores and online, numerous tutorials are also available online. Other coatings and more invasive steps are available and should be discussed with your flooring professional.
