A European Oak timber board, 12mm thick, with a light brush matte finish and Droplock installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Oak Classics – 12mm Builders range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 026 Allendale’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 1.2mm wear layer, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P3 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on a Multi-Ply Engineered Core core with UV Cured surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.888 m² across 8 planks | 30% nested lengths, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- No Caulking or Adhesives — Never caulk the floor or Use adhesive to fix trims to the flooring.
- Click System — Products with a click system are glueless and it is not recommend any adhesive is applied to the joins.
- Evaporative Cooling — Should not be used during installation. Expansion gaps may be reduced with care: Adhesive takes up to 30days to fully cure and bond.

Care & Maintenance
When using a mop and bucket, ensure it’s well rung out and the floor is drying immediately after, and moisture isn’t been left on the floor. Avoid spills as you go and dry immediately if you do.
Never use a steam mop, or caustic cleaning agents.
