A laminate board, 8mm thick, with a super matte finish and Uniclic installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Keeta range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, KEE803 Tanned Linen Oak’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P2 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an Ultra HDF Core core with Aluminium Oxide – 72 Hour Water Resistant Surface surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.12 m² across 9 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- No Caulking or Adhesives — Never caulk the floor or Use adhesive to fix trims to the flooring.
- Click System — Products with a click system are glueless and it is not recommend any adhesive is applied to the joins.
- Evaporative Cooling — Should not be used during installation. Expansion gaps may be reduced with care: Adhesive takes up to 30days to fully cure and bond.

Care & Maintenance
Use mats both inside and outside of doors leading outside to clean shoes and remove debris before it ends up on the floor. Mats should be kept clean. (Where installed in commercial premises it’s recommended foot traffic passes over a 3.0metre mat).
Recommend you take your shoes off and enjoy the floor under your feet, this will help keep the surface clean. (Always remove shoes with spikes and sharp heels)
Always keep the floor dry, spills should be immediately cleaned up to prevent the timber absorbing moisture and distorting. Oil, food, drinks, and other household spills including pet accidents should also be cleaned up and wiped clean with a damp cloth to ensure staining does not occur.
