A hybrid board, 7mm thick, with an embossed finish and Unilin Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Authentic Hybrid range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 706 Hickory’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P3 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an SPC core with Ceramic surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.01sqm across 6 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 5 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Stair treads — All stairs should be installed direct stick, and steps should be taken to removed underlay prior to fixing down with adhesive. Where the top stair extends into a upper floating
- Pallet — Store on flat pallet at all times.
- Temperature — Aim to store at room temperature at all times.
- Acclimatization — If exposed to extreme temperatures, allow the product time to acclimatize in the room for 24-48 hours before opening.

Care & Maintenance
As required the floors are suitable for mopping to ensure they remain clean and fresh, but again remember excessive water can drain into areas of the house it shouldn’t go including under kitchen cabinets or skirting boards. The moisture is only to soften and loosen the dirt, let the mop do the work.
Never use caustic cleaning products.
