A hybrid board, 5.5mm thick, with an embossed finish and Unilin Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Classic Hybrid range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 813 Mountain Spotted Gum’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.35mm wear layer, an AC3 Residential rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P3 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an SPC core with UV Cured surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.8sqm across 10 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 6 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Never strike the board directly with tools, always cautiously use an offcut with matching click system, or suitable tapping block taking care not to damage the Unilin tongue & groove system.
- Boards should be mixed on the floor and staggered to meet a visually pleasing design.
- Allowance for Expansion — Hybrid Flooring expands and contracts with changing seasons and temperatures.
- Expansion Gaps — Provide a minimum 10mm gap around the entire perimeter including where it meets any vertical obstructions such as walls, fixed furnishings, plumbing penetrations and flooring transitions.

Care & Maintenance
The most dangerous time for a floor is move in day. Keep the floor clean as you move in.
Take care when moving particularly when using trolleys, only ever use a trolley with inflatable tyres and use floor protection to avoid direct contact with the floor.
Never drag heavy furnishings or appliances, take extra care when moving the fridge and other appliances in, the edges are sharp and even the wheels can cause damage if they’re not clean or in good condition.
