A laminate board, 12mm thick, with a super matte finish and Uniclic installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Adare range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, ADA123 Camira Oak’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P2 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an Ultra HDF Core core with Aluminium Oxide – 72 Hour Water Resistant Surface surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.13 m² across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Assess During Installation — Do not install faulty or damaged boards.
- Clean Surface — Ensure the subfloor is free of debris and structurally sound.
- Leveling — Limit rises and falls to a maximum of 3mm over a 1000mm radius. Smooth imperfections to ensure a maximum 1mm deviation over 250mm area.
- Ventilation & Humidity — Timber subfloors should be well ventilated and meet building regulations for humidity. Concrete subfloors should not exceed 4.8% moisture.

Care & Maintenance
Stains and marks — Stubborn stains can be removed with care using methylated spirits on a damp cloth. After removing clean all the methylated spirits from the surface using a fresh damp cloth.
Fine minor white surface scratches: Tibet Almond Stick a very simple method to hide minor scratches. This product is available online for purchase.
Minor indents or scratches causing indentation of the surface: Timbermate wax sticks are available from hardware stores and online, numerous tutorials are also available online.
