Soudal 2C Two Pack Adhesive
– 250ml and 500ml Kits
2C Adhesive is a two pack system consisting of a high viscosity adhesive and an
aerosol activator. It has a high bond strength, with rapid bonding on horizontal as
well as vertical surfaces with excellent non-drip and non-slump properties.

APPLICATIONS
Soudal 2C Two Pack Adhesive has the following applications:
- Bonding of wooden mitre joints
- Fixing and repairing wooden parts
- Suitable for the fast bonding of e.g. MDF, plastics, metal, timber,
porcelain, cork, leather, ceramics, cardboard, paper and rubber.
PACKAGING

- 50g adhesive and 200mL activator
- 100g adhesive and 400mL activator
SHELF LIFE
- Soudal 2C Two Pack Adhesive has a shelf life of at least 12 months in
unopened packaging in a dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. - Protect against frost.
APPLICATION METHOD
Application method:
- Spray one surface with activator.
- Apply the adhesive drop by drop to the other surface.
- Bring materials together, position immediately and press firmly for at
least 1 minute. - Reseal adhesive bottle tightly immediately after use.
Cleaning:
- Uncured adhesive can be removed from substrates and tools with adhesive
remover 90A. - Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
Repair
- With the same material
SUBSTRATES:
Substrates:
- Most surfaces, both porous and non-porous.
- Close-fitting surfaces, both porous and non-porous.
- The surfaces need to be smooth and have a perfectly fitting contact
area.
Nature:
- Clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Surface preparation:
- No pretreatment required.
- We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on every surface.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
- Take the usual labour hygiene into account.
- Take care not to have glue between fingers or eyelids.
- 2C Adhesive may cause serious eye damage.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Protect activator from sources of ignition.
- Consult label and material safety data sheet for more information.
REMARKS
- After using Soudal 2C Two Pack Adhesive, clean nozzle and tube with a
needle and close the cap. - Soudal 2C Two Pack Adhesive can be used without activator but will cure
much slower.
