Description
C Channel Edge Cover Flooring Trim finishes and protects the raw edge of a laminate or floating floor, closing off the exposed edge where flooring meets a step, landing or transition point. Rather than a single generic profile, it’s supplied across six internal heights — 5.5mm through to 15.0mm — each with its own supplier code and matching top and bottom flange dimensions, so the trim can be matched precisely to the flooring thickness being covered rather than forcing an approximate fit.
Being tested to the AS 4586:2013 slip resistance standard with a P4 rating gives it a genuine compliance basis for use in commercial or public-access areas where slip resistance is specified, not just a residential styling trim. Four finish options — Black, Bronze, Champagne and Silver — let it match a wider range of flooring and hardware colour schemes than a single mill finish would.
