Ardex K275 Fast Dry Commercial Floor Levelling Compound – 20kg Bag
Ardex K275 Fast Dry Commercial Floor Levelling Compound is a levelling and
smoothing compound with a new fast drying formula. It is designed to level and
smooth internal sub-floors prior to applying floor finishes. It is a high-
performance product, that is quick and easy to use, and provides a smooth level
surface.

Application:
- Max Thickness: 2mm to 25mm in one application
- Coverage: 4m² at 3mm thickness.

Substrates:
- ARDEX K275 is designed to be installed over internal new and existing dry concrete substrates as well as ARDEX A38, ARDEX A48 and ARDEX K900BF.
- It is not recommended for use over timber, steel decking, or subfloors subject to vibration.
- For these areas, ARDEX recommends using ARDEX K 65 or ARDEX K 60 Arditex.
