Adare laminate flooring is designed for homes that want a bold, larger-than-life look. Caramel Oak carries that through in Sunstar’s Adare range, with warm tones and a traditional feel.
A laminate board, 12mm thick, with a super matte finish and Uniclic installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Adare range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, ADA126 Caramel Oak’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P2 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an Ultra HDF Core core with Aluminium Oxide – 72 Hour Water Resistant Surface surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.13 m² across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Acclimatization — If exposed to extreme temperatures, or moisture prior to installation, let the product time to acclimatize in the room for 24-48 hours before opening.
- Dry Lay — Arrange planks before installation to visualize the pattern.
- Mix & Stagger — Mix boards and stagger them for a pleasing design.
- Assess During Installation — Do not install faulty or damaged boards.

Care & Maintenance
We will always strive to improve the processes from design to floor. Then once installed you have the opportunity to take over and look after your floor to ensure the longest lifespan. Whether you’re happy for it to age and develop more character to tell a story of your home, or you want to keep it as close as possible to a fresh floor, there’s some guidance to keep in mind:
The most dangerous time for a floor is move in day. Keep the floor clean as you move in.
Take care when moving particularly when using trolleys, only ever use a trolley with inflatable tyres and use floor protection to avoid direct contact with the floor.
