A laminate board, 12mm thick, with a super matte finish and Uniclic installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Adare range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, ADA127 Frappe Oak’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P2 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an Ultra HDF Core core with Aluminium Oxide – 72 Hour Water Resistant Surface surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.13 m² across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Acclimatization — If exposed to extreme temperatures, or moisture prior to installation, let the product time to acclimatize in the room for 24-48 hours before opening.
- Dry Lay — Arrange planks before installation to visualize the pattern.
- Mix & Stagger — Mix boards and stagger them for a pleasing design.
- Assess During Installation — Do not install faulty or damaged boards.

Care & Maintenance
Multi-purpose cleaners should not be used on floors.
In the event of minor damage there’s a few steps that you can take.
Stains and marks — Stubborn stains can be removed with care using methylated spirits on a damp cloth. After removing clean all the methylated spirits from the surface using a fresh damp cloth.
