Adare laminate flooring is designed for homes that want a bold, larger-than-life look. Sierra Oak carries that through in Sunstar’s Adare range, with cool tones and a modern feel.
A laminate board, 12mm thick, with a super matte finish and Uniclic installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Adare range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, ADA124 Sierra Oak’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P2 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an Ultra HDF Core core with Aluminium Oxide – 72 Hour Water Resistant Surface surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.13 m² across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Direct Stick — Follow adhesive supplier guidelines to form suitable moisture barrier depending on subfloor. Different Adhesives require different steps.
- Maximum Temperature — Never exceed 28°C.
- Pre-Installation: Run heating at desired temperature for at least one week, then turn off and allow subfloor to cool for 2-3 days.
- Gradual Heating — Increase temperature by a maximum of 2°C per day. Maintain a constant temperature once running, with variations of no more than 2°C per day.

Care & Maintenance
When using a mop and bucket, ensure it’s well rung out and the floor is drying immediately after, and moisture isn’t been left on the floor. Avoid spills as you go and dry immediately if you do.
Never use a steam mop, or caustic cleaning agents.
