A hybrid board, 9.5mm thick, with an ultra matte smooth finish and 5G Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Maxi Super 9.5mm range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, M913 Rustic Blackbutt Super 95’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an IPC core with Ceramic surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.1sqm across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 10 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Clean Surface — Ensure the subfloor is free of debris and structurally sound.
- Leveling — Limit rises and falls to a maximum of 3mm over a 1000mm radius. Smooth imperfections to ensure a maximum 1mm deviation over 250mm area.
- Ventilation & Humidity — Timber subfloors should be well ventilated and meet building regulations for humidity. Concrete subfloors should not exceed 4.8% moisture.
- Maximum Temperature — Never exceed 28°C.

Care & Maintenance
As required the floors are suitable for mopping to ensure they remain clean and fresh, but again remember excessive water can drain into areas of the house it shouldn’t go including under kitchen cabinets or skirting boards. The moisture is only to soften and loosen the dirt, let the mop do the work.
Never use caustic cleaning products.
