A hybrid board, 8mm thick, with an embossed in register finish and 5G Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Prism range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 823 Halo’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, a 6 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an SPC core with Ceramic surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.1 m², making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Storage On-Site: Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, windows and/or sliding doors should be covered by blinds or curtains.
- Dry Lay — Arrange planks before installation to visualize the pattern.
- Mix & Stagger — Mix boards and stagger them for a pleasing design.
- Assess During Installation — Do not install faulty or damaged boards.

We will always strive to improve the processes from design to floor. Then once installed you have the opportunity to take over and look after your floor to ensure the longest lifespan.
