Description
Megapoxy 69 is a translucent, non-sag gel epoxy structural adhesive built for genuinely demanding bonding work — metal to metal, metal to concrete and masonry, granite and marble assembly, and structural timber joinery, including applications in marine environments. Its non-sag formulation is what makes vertical and overhead bonding practical: a fluid epoxy would run before curing, while Megapoxy 69’s gel consistency stays exactly where it’s placed.

How to Apply
- Prepare the surface — ensure concrete is free from grease and oil; clean with an industrial heavy-duty degreaser if necessary.
- Measure by volume — combine 1 part A to 1 part B.
- Mix thoroughly — blend until a uniform light yellow colour is achieved.
- Apply within the work time — 45 minutes at 25°C; the non-sag gel stays in place on vertical or overhead surfaces.
- Allow to cure — cure time depends on temperature, from 12 hours at 35°C to 48 hours at 15°C.

- Cure time is temperature-dependent — colder conditions mean a significantly longer wait before full strength is reached.
