Loba Viva 1K is a versatile, worldwide-proven water-based finish for parquet and wooden floors, built for normal to heavy traffic in residential areas and light commercial use. How to Apply
- Prepare and sand the substrate — floor must be professionally sanded, dry and free of old coatings, oil, grease and wax.
- Transfer to a LOBA varnish bucket — before applying, and shake contents well.
- Apply by roller — spread evenly across the floor.
- Sand between coats if needed — recoat without sanding within the first 24 hours; sand if longer has passed.
- Allow to cure — light use after 24 hours, full use after 5 days.
Important Notes
- Limit to a maximum of 2 roll applications per day to reduce swelling risk.
- Drying times are valid for +20°C and 50% relative humidity — cooler or more humid conditions extend drying time.
