Description
Loba Care Remover is formulated for finished floors, dissolving heavy soiling and old care layers that build up over time on hardwood, cork, linoleum, PVC and rubber coverings. Regular stripping with a proper remover like this, combined with coordinated ongoing maintenance, genuinely increases the working lifespan of finished parquet flooring many times over compared with simply layering new care product on top of old residue indefinitely.
Being material-protecting and pH-neutral matters for a finished floor, where an overly aggressive or acidic stripper risks damaging the finish itself rather than just removing the built-up care layer sitting on top of it. It’s genuinely universal across several floor types — finished hardwood, cork coverings, linoleum, PVC and rubber — giving one product to strip a mixed-material commercial or residential floor rather than needing a separate remover for each surface.
Standard stripping uses a 1:4 to 1:6 dilution with water, applied and worked in with either a single-disc machine, a scourer-vacuum machine, or manually with a scrubber for smaller areas. For genuinely stubborn dirt that resists regular LOBA Cleaner, a stronger 1:10 dilution can be used, wiped over the surface and then neutralised with clean water afterward.
Because a build-up of old care product dulls a finished floor’s appearance over time even when the floor itself remains structurally sound, periodic stripping with a proper remover like this restores genuine shine and surface clarity rather than just adding another layer on top of an already compromised finish. Its pH-neutral formulation protects the underlying finish from the sort of etching or dulling a harsher, more acidic stripper can cause.

Where to Use
- Finished hardwood/parquet floors
- Cork, linoleum, PVC and rubber floor coverings
- Regular maintenance stripping and stubborn dirt removal
How to Apply
- Mix the stripper — 1:4 to 1:6 with water for standard stripping, wetting the surface with a spray can or wiper mop.
- Allow the product to work briefly — before agitating the surface.
- Clean with the appropriate method — single-disc machine, scourer-vacuum machine, or manual scrubbing for smaller areas.
- Vacuum or mop up residue immediately — to prevent redeposit.
- Neutralise and apply initial care — wipe with clean water once dry, then apply a suitable LOBA care product.
Important Notes
- Test on an inconspicuous area before full-surface use.
- The care product must only be applied once the floor is completely dry.
- Heavy build-up may require repeating the process several times.
