A Jarrah timber board, 14mm thick, with a smooth matte finish and 5G or T&G installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Australian Hardwood – Naturals Range range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, Naturals Range Flooring – HJ303 Jarrah 136mm’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 3mm wear layer, a 4 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on a Multi-Ply Engineered Core core with UV Cured surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.07 m² across 6 planks | 30% nested lengths, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Direct Stick — Follow adhesive supplier guidelines to form suitable moisture barrier depending on subfloor. Different Adhesives require different steps.
- Underfloor Heating is not suitable for Australian Hardwood: Sunstar’s Engineered Timber products are suitable for direct stick or floating floor installation. 5G is reccomended for Floating Floor
- Where applicable, T&G is reccomended for Direct Stick Installation.
- (Herringbone products Direct stick installation is required).

Care & Maintenance
As required (weekly) the floors are suitable for mopping to ensure they remain clean and fresh, but again remember timber loves to absorb water, moisture can lead to major damage. Always keep the floor dry, use a spray mop to limit the moisture on the floor. The moisture is only to soften and loosen the dirt, let the mop do the work.
When using a mop and bucket, ensure it’s well rung out and the floor is drying immediately after, and moisture isn’t been left on the floor. Avoid spills as you go and dry immediately if you do.
Never use a steam mop, or caustic cleaning agents.
