An LVP board, 2mm thick, with a matte finish and Direct Stick installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Oatlands range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, OAT7901 Sandy Blackbutt’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.3mm wear layer, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on a PVC Core core with PUR Coating surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 3.671 m² across 16 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Leveling — Subfloor is to be levelled and meet tolerances In accordance with AS1884
- Ventilation & Humidity — Timber Subfloors should be maximum 10- 14% moisture
- Concrete Subfloors should be maximum 80% RH NOTE: For testing methods, please see AS:1884
- Maximum Temperature — Never exceed 26°C and ensuring suitable direct stick adhesive is used.

Care & Maintenance
Bona Wood Floor Cleaner Peerless JAL Versadet When using other cleaning products ensure they are neutral, nonabrasive and don’t use oil-based soaps, or polishes as these will create a residue which can be difficult to remove. Multi-purpose cleaners should not be used on floors.
In the event of minor damage there’s a few steps that you can take.
Stains and marks — Stubborn stains can be removed with care using methylated spirits on a damp cloth. After removing clean all the methylated spirits from the surface using a fresh damp cloth.
