A hybrid board, 9.5mm thick, with an ultra matte smooth finish and 5G Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Maxi Super 9.5mm range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, M912 Coastal Spotted Gum Super 95’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an IPC core with Ceramic surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.1sqm across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 10 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Stair treads — All stairs should be installed direct stick, and steps should be taken to removed underlay prior to fixing down with adhesive. Where the top stair extends into a upper floating
- Pallet — Store on flat pallet at all times.
- Temperature — Aim to store at room temperature at all times.
- Acclimatization — If exposed to extreme temperatures, allow the product time to acclimatize in the room for 24-48 hours before opening.

Care & Maintenance
Fine minor white surface scratches: Tibet Almond Stick a very simple method to hide minor scratches. This product is available online for purchase.
Minor indents or scratches causing indentation of the surface: Timbermate wax sticks are available from hardware stores and online, numerous tutorials are also available online.
