A hybrid board, 9.5mm thick, with an ultra matte smooth finish and 5G Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Maxi Super 9.5mm range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, M916 Fairhaven Super 95’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an IPC core with Ceramic surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.1sqm across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 10 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Pre-Installation: Run heating at desired temperature for at least: one week, then turn off and allow subfloor to cool for 2-3 days.
- Gradual Heating — Increase temperature by a maximum of 2°C per day. Maintain a constant temperature once running, with variations of no more than 2°C per day.
- Confirm Suitability — Check with heating system supplier for suitability of floor coverings; the product warranty does not cover improper installations.
- Non-Acceptable Systems: Heating systems between floating floor and subfloor are not suitable.

When using other cleaning products ensure they are neutral, non-abrasive and don’t use oil-based soaps, or polishes as these will create a residue which can be difficult to remove.
