Max Bond 100 Sprayable Contact Adhesive
– 20 Litre Pail
MJS Max Bond 100 Sprayable Contact Adhesive is a general purpose solvent based
sprayable contact adhesive used for fixing laminating or laminex to various types
of wood such as chipboard and hardboard. Max Bond 100 is also suitable for
polyurethane foams, supported PVC, fabric, leather, rubber sheet and extrusions to
each other.
Method of Application:
- To obtain the best possible results, the materials to be bonded should
be dry, clean and free from dust, grit, loose materials, oil or grease. - Using conventional spray equipment, apply an even coating of adhesive
to both surfaces to be bonded. - Allow the solvent to evaporate before bonding the materials.
- On absorbent materials such as leather and chipboard, bonding may be
within a matter of 2-3 minutes of application. - On non-absorbent materials such as formica and metal a minimum
of 15 minutes should be elapsed before the surfaces are bonded together. - Contact bond the surfaces together using firm pressure.
Clean Up:
- Clean tools immediately after use with Max Bond SC solvent cleaner
