A hybrid board, 7mm thick, with an embossed finish and Unilin Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Maxi Hybrid range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 906 Elwood Grey’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P5 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an SPC core with UV Cured surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.1sqm across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 6 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.

How to Install
Installation should be completed by suitably qualified trades and must adhere to any relevant NCC & building requirements.
- Dry Lay — Arrange planks before installation to visualize the pattern.
- Mix & Stagger — Mix boards and stagger them for a pleasing design.
- Assess During Installation — Do not install faulty or damaged boards.

Care & Maintenance
Multi-purpose cleaners should not be used on floors.
In the event of minor damage there’s a few steps that you can take.
Stains and marks — Stubborn stains can be removed with care using methylated spirits on a damp cloth. After removing clean all the methylated spirits from the surface using a fresh damp cloth.
