Sigma KERA-FLEX Angle Grinder Attachment – Art. 38F13D
– Used for Tiles up to 25mm Thickness
The Sigma KERA-FLEX Angle Grinder Attachment now allows for any make of 115mm
angle grinderfitted with an industry standard M14 threaded spindle to be
attached to Sigma’s KERA-CUT System. Simply mount a 115mm diamond blade to the head
then thread in the angle grinder. The angle-grinder is then secured to the KERA-
FLEX arm using a strapping device.
ADVANTAGES
- Sliding the Sigma KERA-FLEX Angle Grinder Attachment along the cutting
guide of the Kera-Cut the “KERA-FLEX” enables tiles up to 25 mm thick to be saw-cut
using either dry or wet cutting techniques. - The trolley assembly runs on 3 highly durable wheels coated with a
wear-resistant finish and double ball bearings. - The Sigma KERA-FLEX Angle Grinder Attachment provides for easy cutting
depth adjustments, and comes prepared for dust-extraction and water-assisted
cutting (using the optional “Waterkit”). - It is possible to connect any grinder up to 1400W thanks to the
universal M14 connection and cutting discs of up to 125 mm in diameter can be used. - The Sigma KERA-FLEX Angle Grinder Attachment is supplied with a 115mm
diameter turbo cutting disc.
CONVENIENT FOR THICK SLABS
- When the KERA-FLEX Attachment is used in conjunction with the KERA-CUT
it provides for the cutting of ceramic materials with thicknesses up to 25 mm. - When using the KERA-CUT, simply remove the KERA-CUT scoring cart and
replace it with the KERA-FLEX.

- Thanks to the depth stop, you won’t run the risk of cutting into the
workbench, allowing you to work with complete confidence.
WITH OR WITHOUT WATER?
Specially designed to work both ways!
- Thanks to the “WATERKIT” it is possible to work with an adjustable
water jet for maximum finish quality and the limiting of tool wear. - Where dry cutting is required, the KERA-FLEX comes prepared for the
attachment of dust extraction equipment.
