Description
Maxi Smooth Finish pairs low-maintenance hybrid flooring with the beauty of HD natural timber. Coastal Spotted Gum carries that through in Sunstar’s Maxi Smooth Finish range, with light tones and a modern feel.
A hybrid board, 7mm thick, with an ultra matte smooth finish and Unilin Click installation. It’s made by Sunstar Flooring, who supply the Maxi Smooth Finish range through Multifors.
Behind the colour and finish, 912 Coastal Spotted Gum’s real numbers are what determine how it holds up in daily use — a 0.5mm wear layer, an AC4 Light Commercial rating, a 5 Star acoustic rating and P4 slip resistance together give a genuine read on performance rather than just first impressions. Underneath, it’s built on an SPC core with Ceramic surface protection, a combination that’s what keeps a floor like this performing consistently from the first box to the last rather than varying noticeably across a larger room. Each box covers 2.1sqm across 5 planks, making it straightforward to work out how many boxes a given room actually needs once its area is measured. With 10 pattern variations across the boards, the floor avoids an obviously repeating look once laid across a larger area.
