Description
A muted, grey toned olive glaze flows over the uneven relief of Dune Agadir Musgo, so the wall shifts between soft khaki and darker green as daylight changes. Musgo is Spanish for moss, and this 9mm porcelain subway tile, 70x280mm (7x28cm), is a newer colour in the Agadir series from Dune, which draws on Agadir in Morocco, its zellige and Berber crafts.
The current sheet lists water absorption of 0.5% < E ≤ 3% under UNE EN ISO 10545-3, breaking strength over 30 N/mm² and scratch hardness 5 (UNE EN 67-101), and Musgo complies for crazing, frost and thermal shock. With Class 0 slip under UNE-EN 16165 Annex C, plan it for walls rather than wet floors.

How to Apply
- Check the substrate: firm, levelled, dry, clean and below 2% moisture; fill dips over 2mm and repair cracks.
- Trial first: test a small area with C2 cementitious adhesive, which Dune recommends for porcelain, and your chosen tools.
- Comb the adhesive: starting low, spread roughly 3mm, notch with a No. 3 trowel and seat tiles before a skin forms. No spot fixing.
- Space evenly: 2mm minimum joints, 3mm over plasterboard or severe temperature swings, self-levelling spacers, offsets within 25%.
- Finish the grout: work grout into clean, dry joints at least 2mm deep with a rubber float and remove residue immediately with a damp sponge or pH neutral cleaner.
Colour and Finish
Twenty one faces of graphic variation and natural shade shifts mean neighbouring Musgo tiles rarely match, while the glaze reflects unevenly off each textured face, much like Moroccan zellige. Blend by pulling from a few boxes at once. Other Agadir subway colours include gloss Selva, Lago, Ivory and Piedra, and matt Cotto Oscuro.
