Advantages

porcelain tiles and other materials.
It cuts a uniform bevel along the entire length of the material edge.
It allows flat bevels to be cut at any angle between 35° and 55°
It can cut between 3 – 20mm in a single pass.
Includes one only 115mm Cutting Blade.
The 37A3D does not include the grinder.
Description
The “JOLLY” EDGE Cutter can perform two different machining operations:
– “JOLLY” (mitring) of the tile edge, using a cutting disc.
– “HALF-BULLNOSE” (profiling) of the edge tile, using a shaped grinding wheel.
Gliding on the edge of the tile/slab (stoneware, marble, granite, etc.) guarantees
processing uniformity along the entire length of the edge, precisely copying the
physiological curves of the slab.
Jolly execution at any angle between 40° and 50°, in the “Half Bull” configuration
it allows the execution of round bevels (BULL) with radius 6-8-10 mm. It can process
tiles with thicknesses from 5 to 20 mm and length from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.
Prepared for dust extraction it allows for dry cutting without releasing dust into the air.
Comes supplied with an M14 universal attachment for 700 – 1400 W grinders.
Is supplied with a 115mm diameter turbo cutting disc.
“JOLLY” VERSION
In the ‘Jolly’ configuration allows cutting at any angle between 40° and 50°.
It can work in a single pass on tiles with thicknesses between 5 and 20mm and size
from 30 cm to infinity.
HALF-BULLNOSE VERSION
In the “Half Bull “allows the execution of round bevels (BULL) with radius 6 – 8 – 10 mm.
It is possible to adjust the position of the grinding wheel to obtain perfect machining
angle.
WIDE SHELF
The wide table-top of the Sigma Jolly Edge Cutter ensures perfect stability when
working. The synthetic material of the table top allows for easy sliding without
any scratching of the tile surface.
UNIVERSAL GRINDER ATTACHMENT
It is possible to mount any any grinder of between 700 and 1400 W on the Sigma Jolly
Edge Cutter thanks to its universal M14 connection.
DUST EXTRACTION
The Sigma Jolly Edge Cutter can provide for a dust-free working environment thanks
to universal vacuum connection.
WITH OR WITHOUT WATER
The Sigma Jolly Edge Cutter is specially designed to be able to work with, or without
water. Thanks to the optional “WATERKIT” it is possible to work with an adjustable
water jet allowing for optimal cutting finish whilst minimising tool wear.
HANDLES
When working above the tile, the suppied side-handles provide for excellent grip without
losing stability.
