Ukibori tiles are premium Japanese-inspired three-dimensional glazed porcelain
mosaic tiles. The name pays tribute to the traditional Japanese art of Ukibori,
which means “relief carving”. These tiles feature a distinct, raised architectural
profile in a slender “Kit Kat” or finger mosaic layout—designed to play with light
and shadow. Each tile piece has a central ridge with sloped, tapered edges which
adds tactile depth, texture, and character to any wall.
