EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate is a dilutable and easy-to-use floor cleaner which is highly effective in cleaning hard and flexible flooring surfaces that includes not limited to, timber, concrete, masonry and vinyl. EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate has been carefully formulated to be a highly concentrated and effective which does not leave residue which can cause stickiness or streaking after application. EzeClean concentrate uses a blend of aromatic scents which will leave your floor smelling fresh and clean. Safe to use in all residential, commercial and industrial applications. Applications

EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate is formulated for use on Eze 2K Timber Coating, but also can be used on concrete, masonry, timber flooring, hybrid flooring, vinyl flooring, rubber flooring, monolithic coatings in both residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Application Method

EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate is typically used by diluting into a 10L bucket of warm (50°C) water for optimum effectiveness. (See dilution table in product Technical Data Sheet pdf below). A 10L mix of water and cleaner will clean around 100m2 of flooring area. Apply and wipe the surface using a standard mop ensuring every 2- 4m2 the mop is ringed out and dipped back into the bucket.
EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate can be used with a floor cleaning spray mop at the same dilution rates. Ensure spray is applied every 1-2m2 while cleaning the surface.
For commercial or industrial applications EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate can be used directly in auto-scrubbers or cleaning machines by following the Product TDS dilution table.

Shelf-Life & Storage

EzeClean Timber Floor Cleaning Concentrate is best used within 24 months from date of manufacture.
Store in a cool dry area within a temperature range of 5-30°c and R.H. <80%.
Do not freeze.
Keep container closed when not in use.

Users should familiarize themselves with all the safety aspects of the product prior to usage.

FIRST AID:
Eyes – If eye contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
Skin – If signs of swelling, rash or irritation occur on skin, wash area with soap and water and discontinue use. Swallowed – If swallowed rinse mouth out with water.
