Environex Green Devil Acidic Detergent

Environex Green Devil Acidic Detergent is a specialty acidic detergent with a wide variety of applications including:

• Removal of iron ore dust deposits from vehicles, plant & equipment,
• Neutralization & removal of bore water stains & scale buildup (do not use on glass surfaces),
• Cleaning of aluminum, removal of brake carbon buildup on alloy wheels and red dust removal from vehicle underbodies,
• Brightening of aluminum, however ideally BRITE AL (Schedule 7 Poison) should be used for this purpose,
• Environex Green Devil Acidic Detergent is particularly effective for the cleaning of terracotta prior to sealing, where the surface has been heavily soiled or marked.

APPEARANCE

Environex Green Devil Acidic Detergent is a water thin liquid, light green in colour and is easily spray applied for difficult to treat areas.

APPLICATION

General:
For light duty cleaning dilute 1 part GREEN DEVIL to 10 or 20 parts water. For moderate cleaning use 1 part GREEN DEVIL to 5 parts of water. For heavy buildup dilute 1:1 with water. Apply evenly to surface to be cleaned, leave for 1 – 2 minutes and then agitate or scrub the area. Rinse off with copious amounts of REFRESH DETERGENT and water.
DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE RINSING. (External areas rinse with a hose).

Building Industry Applications:

Dilute 1 part GREEN DEVIL with 10 – 20 parts of water for most applications.
For problem areas dilute 1 part with 5 – 10 parts of water.
Apply solution freely and evenly to surface and allow a contact time of 1 – 2 minutes and then agitate or scrub area.
Rinse with copious amounts of REFRESH DETERGENT and water.
DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE RINSING.
Apply neutraliser solution in accordance with label and allow appropriate contact time before rinsing.

CAUTION

GREEN DEVIL is a Schedule 6 Poison. GREEN DEVIL is highly corrosive and users should prevent skin and eye contact or breathing spray mist and vapors. For full information obtain the appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets from ENVIRONEX INTERNATIONAL.
