Dy-Mark Spray Ink – 315g

General

Dy-Mark Spray Ink is a toluene-free stencil and colour coding paint which is suitable for marking on many surfaces. Available in a bold colour range, the unique formulation of Spray Ink minimises build-up when used with stencils.

Directions For Use

Suitable Surfaces:

All Surfaces

Ideal Application Temperature:

Between 5ºC and 40ºC.
Avoid use in windy conditions.

Before Spraying:

Shake can for at least 45 seconds AFTER the mixing ball begins to rattle.
Shake can occasionally during use.

Application:

Before spraying, cover surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Hold the can upright approximately 10-20cm from the surface. Spray with a smooth sweeping motion. To prevent paint from sagging, apply several light mist coats rather than one heavy coat.

Coverage:

Approximately 3m2 per can (depending on the surface and the amount of overspray).

Drying Time:

Touch dry in 10 minutes (@25ºC)
Drying will be slower in cold and humid conditions, in the absence of ventilation or where heavy film build is applied.

After Spraying:

Prevent blocking by holding the can upside down and spraying until only clear gas escapes.
Also wipe spray tip of nozzle clean.

Storage

Store locked up.
Protect from sunlight.
Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50ºC/12ºC.
Store in a well-ventilated place.

Disposal

Pressurised container:

Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
Aerosol should be completely emptied prior to disposal.
Dispose of contents/container according to regional regulations.
