LITOKOL LITONET GEL EVO – 750ml
GENERAL
Litokol Litonet EVO and Litokol Litonet Gel EVO are two concentrated liquid detergents with an alkaline pH, ideal for cleaning all types of ceramic and porcelain tiles, including delicate surfaces such as honed ceramics, vitreous or ceramic mosaics and all types of natural stone, even polished.
Litonet EVO has a low viscosity and is therefore suited to cleaning floors, whereas Litonet Gel EVO has a higher viscosity and is therefore more suited to cleaning ceramic wall coverings.
TECHNICAL
LITOKOL LITONET GEL EVO DETERGENT IS TO BE USED FOR THE REMOVAL OF EPOXY GROUT HALOS AND RESIDUE FROM ALL TYPES OF CERAMIC AND PORCELAIN TILES, MOSAICS AND NATURAL STONES. LITOKOL LITONET EVO IS ALSO EFFECTIVE FOR THE DEEP CLEANING OF TOUGH DIRT.

INTENDED USES
Litokol Litonet Gel EVO is particularly effective in removing residue or halos left by epoxy grouts such as Starlike® EVO, Starlike® Crystal EVO, Starlike® ColorCrystal EVO, EpoxyÉlite EVO and EpoxyÉlite EVO FR, and also in removing halos on polished porcelain stoneware left by previous dark-coloured cementitious grouts.
Litokol Litonet Gel EVO can also be used as:
• Degreasing alkaline detergent: effective in removing greasy residue, organic dirt deposits accumulated over time and wax from all natural or artificial surfaces. In this case, dilute the product to 30% in water
• Deep cleaning detergent for porous materials: effective against dirt trapped in the pores of materials such as full surface honed and full body polished porcelain stoneware. Dilute the product to 30% in water
• Periodic deep cleaning detergent: effective on all types of surfaces characterised by intense dirt, which cannot be removed using commonly sold detergents
• Detergent used to clean resilient flooring such as PVC and linoleum
Litokol Litonet Gel EVO can also be used as a universal detergent for hard surfaces, with proven efficacy on grease and organic deposits. It is used in its undiluted form and then rinsed.
APPLICATION
Shake well before use.
For the removal of epoxy grout halos or residue, Litokol Litonet Gel EVO must be applied once the grouting has sufficiently set (normally after 24 hours at a temperature of +20/+25°C).
For fresh residue the product requires less time to work, while for more consolidated residue, the product will need to be left in contact for longer.
Apply the pure, undiluted product directly onto the affected surface, spreading it evenly using a special pad or brush. Then rub the surface with white felt (art. 109GBNC) or using a single disc machine with a white disc pad for larger surfaces.
It is recommended to mechanically rub the product when applied to facilitate its removal.
Collect the cleaning solution using a sponge, rubber squeegee broom or wet vacuum cleaner.
Finally, rinse well with clean water and dry with a clean rag or cloth.
Do not wait for the rinse water to evaporate as this may cause halos to reappear on the surface.
If epoxy grout residue can still be seen after rinsing, repeat the application following the same procedure.
WARNINGS
• Spread Litokol Litonet Gel EVO at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C inclusive
• Wear protective clothing during handling. Follow the instructions shown on the label and safety sheet
• Before use, protect doors, windows, rubber gaskets, furniture, taps and fittings, metal or PVC profiles and all
surfaces that may be damaged by direct contact with the detergents
• Change the rinse water frequently
• In the case of accidental leaks, soak up the product using an absorbent material (paper, sawdust, vermiculite, etc.)
and dispose of it in a suitable container
