Sika Sikafloor-215 Rapid Screed – a premium screed that is easy to apply with good working time, but also reaches a high strength with low moisture within 24hrs.
Uses of Sikafloor-215 Rapid Screed
Sika Sikafloor-215 Rapid Screed is applied in combination with suitable materials from Sikafloor®, SikaBond®, Sikadur®, SikaTite® & Davco® ranges
Applications are as follows:
▪ Internal & external space
▪ Bonded screed from 10mm – 100mm
▪ Un-bonded screed from 30mm – 80mm

▪ High strength – ~40MPa after 28 days
▪ Good working time 20-30min @ 23°C
▪ Low shrinkage
▪ Tiles may be installed after 15hrs
▪ Suitable for all residential or commercial flooring installation

Shelf Life
Unopened bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry and weatherproof environment.
Storage Conditions
Bags must be stored off the floor. Avoid sitting bags in direct sunlight prior to application.

Waiting Time to Overcoating
Allow 15 hours at 23°C prior to the application of tile or levelling systems.
Allow 3 days at 23°C for impervious floor coverings or membranes.
Drying is dependent on thickness of application, temperature, air flow & relative humidity.
Increased air flow will help with drying speeds in cooler temperatures
Important Considerations
▪ The performance of cement-based materials is com- promised when used above 35°C or below 5°C.
▪ Do not apply over substrates that may be subject to shrinkage after application.
▪ Sikafloor®-215 Rapid Screed is designed to be covered and not left exposed for long periods of time.
▪ Efflorescence in cement-based materials is beyond the control of the manufacturer.
▪ Expansion joints and all other AS standards must be followed during the installation process.
▪ Subsequent materials must be deemed as suitable and manufactures installation processes followed.
