SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout – 20kg Bags
SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout is a Premium-grade Super-white grout that is a hard wearing, flexible,
mould-resistant polymer-modified wall and floor, interior and exterior, grout for joints 1-5mm wide.
SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout be used for ceramic, porcelain Stone and mosaic tiles.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure joints are clean and free of dust and any excess adhesive prior to grouting with SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout.
Do not grout until the adhesive and the tiles are set firmly .
Remove spacers for all wall and floor joints prior to grouting.

MIXING
Mix 7 litres to 20kg of SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout.
Mix with a paddle until a creamy consistency is achieved and powder is free of lumps.
Allow the mixture to stand for 3 minutes, remix then use the grout.
MOVEMENT JOINTS
Movement joints must be in accordance with Australian Standards AS 3958.1-2007
DRYING TIME
Allow SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout grout to dry for at least 24 hours at 23º C
Note: Do not grout in temperatures above 40º C and below 5º C

PACKAGING
SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout is available in 20kg Bags
APPLICATION
• Work the grout in a diagonal motion using a rubber float.
• Ensure the grout joint is completely filled and no voids are left.
• Remove excess grout from the surface in a diagonal motion using a rubber float.
• Allow 15 – 20 minutes for the grout to firm up before cleaning.
• Use a minimum amount of water in cleaning to avoid shade variation, efflorescence and shrinkage.
• Once dry any remaining film left on the tile surface can be removed with a dry cloth.
• For all other applications not mentioned please contact the SAS Technical Team.
• Note: Protect tiling from other trades and weather. Do not allow traffic until all the tiling and grouting is completed.
PRECAUTIONS
• SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout cannot be used for chemical resistant applications.
Use Epoxy Grout instead.
• SAS Tradies Choice White Lite Grout cannot be used in immersed situations such as swimming pools
and spas etc.
• Colour shade variations can occur due to tile porosity, finishing techniques and uneven drying
conditions. Colour shade variations can also occur if the adhesive bed is not fully cured, and
when excessive mixing and clean up water is used.
• Porous tiles should be sealed prior to grouting to prevent staining.
• Due to the varying degrees of movement inherent in timber floors, it is recommended that
SAS Tradies Choice White Lite be mixed with SAS Tradies Choice Master Additive.
