Dy-Mark Line Marking Paint – 500g

General

Dy-Mark Line Marking Paint is a fast drying, acrylic based paint specially formulated to provide long lasting lines. Dy-Mark Line Marking Paint is ideal for marking on; car parks, factories, warehouses, sporting fields and courts.
This Line Marking Paint is specifically designed for use with the Dy-Mark Line Master.

The Line Master features a built-in side-line attachment and removable Spot Marking Handle.

Directions For Use

Suitable Surfaces:

Concrete, bitumen, grass and timber.

Ideal Application Temperature:

Between 10ºC and 40ºC.
Avoid use in windy conditions.

Before Spraying:

Shake can for at least 45 seconds AFTER the mixing ball begins to rattle.
Shake can occasionally during use.

Application:

For INVERTED USE only. Insert can into the Dy-Mark Line Master machine’s spot marking handle. Ensure the nozzle is correctly seated.
To achieve the narrowest line width, the spot marking handle must be inserted into the lowest position. Line width can be increased by raising the handle in the slot. Line width can be adjusted approximately 60-100mm. Test line width on cardboard sheet until desired width is achieved. Masking wheels are designed to sharpen the lines by catching any overspray at the edges only. When marking grass/turf consider using Dy-Mark Turf Master paint as it will minimise damage to the grass.

Coverage:

Will produce 80-100m in a 50mm wide continuous line
Otherwise, will cover 4-6m2

Drying Time:

Touch dry in 10 minutes (@25ºC)
Drying time will be slower in cold and humid conditions, in the absence of ventilation or where heavy film build is applied.

After Spraying:

Prevent blocking by holding the can upright and spraying until only clear gas escapes. Also wipe spray tip of the nozzle clean of paint. Clean up wet paint with Mineral Turpentine or Dy-Mark Xylene or General Purpose Thinner

Caution:
