A grey, acrylic based, flexible, pre-mixed, interior, thin bed, wall and floor tile adhesive ideal for porous tiles.

WHERE TO USE

Surfaces

Most common substrates – building boards including fibre cement sheet and plasterboard, tile underlay, rendered brickwork and blockwork.

Tiles

Ideal for ceramic, porcelain and mosaic. Not suitable on moisture sensitive stones.

Areas

Domestic walls and porous floors including bathrooms, kitchens and laundries.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

AS ISO 13007 Classification: D1E

VOC Content: Low VOC – 36g/L (SCAQMD method 304-91)

Coverage: 20 litres of Davco Grey One Pot covers approximately 15m2 (based on a 6mm notch trowel)

Drying Time: 24 hours (before grouting)

SPECIFIC

• Not suitable for tiling over concrete, waterproofing membranes or existing ceramic tiles – use a suitable Davco cement-based adhesive

• Not suitable for moisture sensitive stone – use Davco 2 Part Rapid

• Use only on low porosity tiles when tiling over a porous / absorbent surface

• When using Grey One Pot with translucent / absorbent tiles, the colour of the adhesive must be considered

• Grey One Pot is suitable for adhering porous (>3% absorption) tiles over Davco Waterproofing Membranes (K10 Plus, Dampfast and K10 Rapid) for walls only. However, the drying time before grouting will be greatly extended
