Ultrabond Eco 380 Adhesive is a solvent free, acrylic adhesive in water dispersion,
formulated in a ready to use light beige paste.
Due to its particular formulation and extended open time, it can be used as wet-bed adhesive
on absorbent substrates, as well as transitional pressure sensitive adhesive for bonding
dimensionally stable vinyl floor coverings on impervious, non-absorbent substrates.
Characterised by a strong initial bond and long open time, for vinyl floors.

 
APPLICATIONS

Use Ultrabond Eco 380 for bonding:
· homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC floor coverings in sheets;
· CV and multilayer PVC floor coverings;

Also suitable for bonding:
· semi-flexible vinyl floor tiles (VCT);
· textile floor coverings (with latex-primed, PVC and polyurethane foam backings);
· flocked textile flooring;
· PVC wall coverings

 
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Product Properties:
· very easy to apply;
· strong, tough initial tack;
· very long open time;
· excellent residual tack;
· tough, elastic film with “leg-effect”;
· excellent wetting even with difcult coverings;
· very high peel strength;
· very good adhesion to all PVC backings;
· exposure to castor wheels in accordance with EN 12529;
· solvent free;
· not flammable;
· harmless to the health of the installer and the end-user.

Waiting time: 10-20 minutes.
Open time: 60-70 minutes.
Set to light foot traffic: 3-4 hours.
Ready for use: 24-48 hours.
Storage: 12 months. Protect from frost.
Application: N° 1 notched trowel, TKB A2, B1.
Consumption: 0.25-0.35 kg/m².
Packaging: 16 kg drums.
